Caring for someone with disabilities is often a twenty-four/seven job. This level of care can put strain and stress even on the strongest families. Respite Services is designed to give parents and caregivers a short-term break so that they can get the break they need to care for their child or loved ones in the best way possible.
Respite services provide the primary parent or caregivers a much needed break from their daily responsibilities with the opportunity to have some personal time outside of the home. Respite workers receive extensive training to ensure that they are reliable, compassionate, and trustworthy. For many consumer families, the respite provider becomes an extension of their family.
