UCP is a family to us, because they have helped us learn that having a child with special needs is something to celebrate rather than to mourn the loss of a “typical” child. Jaymes is a “typical” child in his very own way. UCP has helped us see realize that, and as a family we rejoice in that aspect of life. UCP has taught us as parents to communicate with Jaymes, and vise verse. He listens better, cooperates more, and is helpful while out in the community. The staff at UCP are dedicated to the individuals with special needs and helping their families improve their lives as well. We as parents have also been able to help our daughter relate to her brother Jaymes, and that has been amazing all the way around. Watch a video about Jaymes
