Notifying the Public of Rights Under Title VI
UNITED CEREBRAL PALSY ASSOCIATION OF CENTRAL ARIZONA
The United Cerebral Palsy Association of Central Arizona operates its services in compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Restoration Act of 1987, section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), and related statues and regulations in all programs and activities. Title VI states that “no person shall on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or disability be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subject to discrimination”. Any person who believes she or he has been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with the United Cerebral Palsy Association of Central Arizona.
