Notifying the Public of Rights Under ADA
United Cerebral Palsy of Central Arizona (UCP) operates its programs and services without regard to disability in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. Any person who believes she or he has been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice under ADA may file a complaint with UCP.
