Children's Therapy Program
UCP of Central Arizona Therapy Program serves children of all abilities and diagnoses. We specialize in helping children with physical challenges, delays, and disabilities. Our Motor Disorder Clinic provides specialized programs for children with cerebral palsy, rare disorders, and genetic disorders. Our mission-driven program provides child-centered, evidence-based, and innovative therapies. Our cutting-edge approach supports children as they learn new skills.
What Your Donation Does:
– $1,000: 7 Therapy Sessions
– $3,000: 22 Therapy Sessions
– $5,000: 37 Therapy Sessions
– $10,000: 74 Therapy Sessions
ArizonAbility
ArizonAbility Adult Day Program provides a coordinated program of services in north Phoenix that allows the individuals we support the opportunity to achieve their full potential in a safe enriching environment. At ArizonAbility we focus on providing a positive nurturing program offering an educational, recreational, and social experience.
What Your Donation Does:
– $1,000: 55 Hours of Training
– $3,000: 1668 Hours of Training
– $5,000: 277 Hours of Training
– $10,000: 555 Hours of Training
Home and Community-Based Services
Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) are available to both children and adults being served by the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). The programs objective is to provide highly personalized, attentive and well-trained care in three main areas of service: Attendant Care, Habilitation, and Respite in the member’s home and/or community.
What Your Donation Does:
– $1,000: 38 Hours of Care
– $3,000: 115 Hours of Care
– $5,000: 192 Hours of Care
– $10,000: 384 Hours of Care
Early Learning Center
Our inclusive environment fosters empathy at an early age, preparing all the children socially and emotionally with invaluable life skills. Our creative, comprehensive curriculum prepares every child for the future goal of kindergarten.
What Your Donation Does:
– $200: (Supplies), $800 (Meals), or $1,000 (Supplies & Meals) for one child for a year.
– $400: (One month of summer water play) or $500 (Sponsor an event like Graduation)
– $2,000: Funds our childcare management software for one year.55 Hours of Training
– $3,000: (120 hrs) or $5,000 (200 hrs) of a teacher’s time.
– $4,000: Provides A/C and lighting for one classroom for a full year.
– $12,000: Provides new furnishings for an entire classroom.
– $10,000:(6-month) or $20,000 (1-year) scholarship for a child with disabilities.
