As the Director of Home and Community Based Services & Day Programs Terry is responsible for the day to day operations of programs in support of nearly 400 children and adult with disabilities residing in the greater Phoenix area. Terry holds expertise in the areas of program administration, direct care, and employee relations.
Terry first joined the UCP team in October, 2011 to fulfill a life-long dream to work with children after working for many years with adult programs. “UCP has given me an incredible opportunity to lead program staff that are dedicated and compassionate to serve children and adults with disabilities. Every day I am inspired by their good work!”
Terry is the UCP representative to various community groups including the Arizona Association of Providers for People with Disabilities, the Maricopa Association of Governments sub-committee regarding transportation for Seniors and Persons with Disabilities and various DDD committees under the state of Arizona.
Terry holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, she resides with her husband in Mesa, AZ and enjoys spending every moment of her free time with her grandchildren, Tucker and Morgan.
